Evolve Total Body is a highly effective full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups in only 50 minutes - leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more energized. Quick transitions between exercises keep the intensity up while remaining low impact.

Evolve Body Smart is a strength and recovery class that encompasses the essential moves of Evolve Total Body with a deeper focus on form, alignment, and breath with slower transitions between exercises.

THE MACHINE

The XFormer is an evolution of the key Pilates equipment, the Reformer. The fixed large platforms on either end of the frame and two sets of pulleys enable safer standing movements and many new exercise options.
